My name is Merav Tal, I am 54 years old and a holistic therapist with over 8 years of professional experience. Throughout my journey, I have dedicated my work to supporting people in their emotional, physical, and personal healing processes through a compassionate and integrative approach.

I hold extensive knowledge and experience in Somatic Experiencing (SE), Bach Flower Remedies, Therapy Cards, the 12 Steps approach, Trauma Therapy, Reflexology, NLP, Aromatherapy, Louise Hay Therapy, and Qi-gong. My work combines body, mind, and emotional awareness, creating a safe and supportive space for personal growth, balance, and healing.

For several years, I successfully managed my own private therapy space, last year opened in Razlog, where I accompanied individuals through meaningful processes of transformation, self-discovery, and recovery. My passion is to help people reconnect with themselves, strengthen their inner resources, and create a healthier and more harmonious life.
